3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on bit88. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. bit88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on bit88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process for Philippine-based accounts. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed according to the payment method used. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to account verification requirements.
bit88 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or methods belonging to the registered account holder. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
bit88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where continued operation of an account poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to a verified breach, any promotional balances or bonus funds may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder through the original deposit method, subject to applicable checks.
